Nancy USA - Tue Sep 28 23:12:07 1999 BRISTOL...your email kept returning so here's the recipe I have from Hershey's for Foolproof Fudge Cut-outs: 3 cups (1&1/2 12-oz. bags) HERSHEY'S Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 1 (14-oz.) can EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) Dash salt 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 1&1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract Line 13X9X2-inch pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan; set aside. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with sweentened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, if desired, and vanilla. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil to lift fudge out of pan; place on cutting board. Peel off foil; cut into shaps with cookie cutters. Store tightly covered in cool, dry place.
