Ok, I am not a huge fan of white chocolate. The Good Doctor is the white chocolate lover in our household. Still, today I will taste test the Cookies and Cream Bar for you, my precious candy kids. Because the Sheriff loves you and wants you to know what is tasty and delicious in the candy world.Well, it looks good. The bar is thin (think Hershey Bar) and it seems to be absolutely loaded with chocolate cookie bits. I do love chocolate cookie bits. It smells good – like sweet candy and cookies…which, is essentially what it is. Here goes nothing…

It’s delicious! Wow! I am really surprised. It is not too sweet, either. The white chocolate is creamy, almost more like sweetened milk. The cookies and crispy and crunchy and are a perfect accompaniment to the white chocolate. The texture of this bar is unique, too. The bar has a pleasing crunch, while the white chocolate is smooth and melts in your mouth. With the holidays at hand, I have baking on the brain, so you’ll probably hear me make mention of using these sweet treats in holiday baking recipes. Personally, I think that this candy bar would be delicious chopped and sprinkled on top of an iced brownie – you could even put some of the pieces in the batter prior to baking, for a delectable treat. All in all, I’d recommend the Cookies and Crème bar to any candy lover – especially if you are a fan of white chocolate.
